お帰りなさい！
It`s been about five months since my last update, and a lot has happened in that time. I traveled around the United States, moved to Saudi Arabia and went to Scandinavia on vacation. I plan to be more consistent with writing my blog now that I have some free time.
僕の最後の更新は5ヶ月ぐらい前だった。沢山起こった。アメリカには旅行したり、サウジアラビアに移動したり、休暇にスカンジナビアを旅した。今から暇な時あるから、ブログを一貫して書くつもりだ。
This past Summer I left Thailand to return home and visit my friends and family. I spent two weeks at the Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC) at Lackland Air Force base in San Antonio, Texas for job training. You can read more about the DLI here.
夏でタイを去って、家族と友達を会いに帰国した。二週間のために、仕事トレーニングのためにテキサス州でサンアントニオのラックランド空軍基地のDefence Language Institute English Language Centerに居た。ここにDLIの詳細を読める（英語だけ）。
This was my first time in San Antonio; there were a lot of things to see and do. We all stayed in a hotel a few blocks from downtown San Antonio, which was very convenient. San Antonio is a diverse city with a great blending of Spanish and US culture, which I appreciate (especially the food!). After class we could do whatever we wanted, so many of us explored the city.
サンアントニオ初めてだった。見て、やることが沢山あった。僕たちは、非常に便利でダウンタウンの近いホテルにとどまった。サンアントニオは多様な都市だ。スペインとアメリカの文化の偉大なブレンドだ。これを好きだ（特に食べ物を！）。クラスの後に僕たちは何でもできて、だから、僕たちの多くは、市を探索した。

The Riverwalk is a major attraction in San Antonio, for locals and tourists alike. It`s 2.5 miles long and the downtown portion is full of restaurants and various shops; I went here nearly every night.
リバーウォークは地元の人と観光客のため、サンアントニオの主要なアトラクションだ。リバーウォークは4ぐらいキロの長だ。ダウンタウンの部分はレストランと色々なショップがいっぱいだ。僕はほとんど毎晩そこに行った。
For the most part, the most interesting tourist spots are downtown and within walking distance of each other. The Alamo is definitely the biggest attraction in San Antonio and it was always busy. If you don`t know about The Alamo, click here.

This is the Alamo mission, and yes, I did go to the basement to get my red bicycle back.
Shigetaka Shiga, a Japanese geography professor, gave this stone containing a poem to the museum in 1914. The poem compares the battle for the Alamo to the siege of Nagashino Castle in Japan. You can read the English translation here.

I also went to the McNay Art Museum and saw a lot of pieces in various styles and mediums. It was an enjoyable experience.
マクネイ美術館にも行って、沢山様々なスタイルと媒体で作品を見た。それは楽しい経験だった。
